The presumed transfer of Lucas Verissimo from Santos to Spartak (Moscow) may well fail, informs Globo Esporte. Brazilian President Jose Carlos Perez has held a meeting with the rest of the government and then vetoed the deal. The reason is that in Santos they consider Spartak`s offer unacceptable.
